We use show quality products designed for professionals. We have different options for different coat and skin types and will work to find a product conducive to the highest level of care for your pet.

Each groom will include nail trimming with file rounding (dremeling) to keep your pets nails at a comfortable and safe length.

Each pet has individualized needs involving the hair inside the ears. Keeping the ear reasonably open will help reduce bacteria growth. We will discuss the ear health with the client and plan a strategy to either gently pluck hair, shave and clean the inner ear. A cleaning solution that includes a drying agent will be used.

Grooms will also include a safe accessory (bandana, bow or bow-tie) as well as a digital photograph.

Looking at your pet's teeth and gums helps us identify any abnormalities that could cause discomfort to your pet during the grooming process and also provides opportunity for us to apply a dental gel and brush the teeth.

Working with the human client an appropriate hair cut will be discussed to fit the lifestyle of the pet and their family.

Upon request and if necessary and appropriate we will preform an external anal gland expression

With each groom we will document what services were performed that day and the products used. As well as any new lumps/bumps abnormalities we find and mark those finding on a diagram of your pet. This will be messaged to you for your records or to aid in communication with your trusted vet.
